Greek Religion was followed in different cults. For this reason, you could call it, "Greek Religions". Greek religions also spanned further to other islands. There was a few dominant gods and goddesses, named Zues, Hades, Aphrodite, Poseidon, Apollo, Dionysus, Artemis, Hephaestus, Hermes, Athena, Hera, Hestia, and Demeter. Some notable people in ancient Greek where among Aesop - The author of fables, Alexander the Great - Leader of Macedon, Emperor, and leader of the military, Aristotle, Plato, and Socrates- Philosophers. These people helped shape Greek religion as we know it.
